About John Minnich
Found Crossfit after the end of my competitive hockey career back in 2018. Did it here and there for a few months before I went to Michigan State. Once I moved down to Florida in 2023, I was able to fully immerse myself in the sport of fitness and I have loved every second of it. I love being able to help others reach their own goals, whatever they may be. In my time outside of the gym, I enjoy being outside with friends or playing hockey or golf. I am also a Research and Development Food Scientist that I do as my full time job.
