Nurture Healthy Habits with our CrossFit Kids Program. Our engaging and age-appropriate program fosters a love for fitness in children, combining fun workouts with expert coaching. Join us in building a foundation for lifelong health and well-being for your little ones. This program is offered in two classes, to children age 5-8 and children age 9-13.
