About Weston Hargroves
I’ve been a L-1 CrossFit coach since 2021. I began my journey at CrossFit Unmatched senior year in high school to prepare myself for college football. Other than coaching my primary occupation is a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Mount Dora.
